Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall architecture design and technical roadmap planning of the equipment’s vision system, and for establishing vision development specifications and standards.
- Lead the development and optimization of complex vision inspection algorithms, including core algorithms such as high-precision positioning, sub-pixel measurement, defect detection, and auto‑focus.
- Perform low-level algorithm encapsulation and secondary development based on Halcon and VisionPro, building a reusable vision algorithm library.
- Resolve challenging vision‑related technical problems in projects, such as multi‑camera collaborative calibration, lighting adaptability, and high-speed online inspection.
- Participate in early-stage project evaluations, feasibility analyses, and technical quotation support.
- Mentor junior and mid‑level vision engineers, conducting technical reviews, code inspections, and knowledge transfer.
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies in the machine vision industry to continuously enhance the team’s technical capabilities.
- Draft and maintain vision‑related technical documentation, design specifications, and testing standards.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Major in Computer Science and Technology, Automation, Electronic Information, Mechatronics Engineering, Optoelectronics Engineering, or related fields.
3. At least 5 years of experience in machine vision development, including at least 1 year of experience developing vision systems for semiconductor/electronic manufacturing equipment.
4. Proficient in algorithm development and secondary development using Halcon and VisionPro; strong command of object-oriented programming in C#; mastery of core algorithms such as visual calibration, template matching, and sub-pixel measurement.
5. Preference given to candidates with experience in developing vision systems for sorting machines, pick-and-place machines, and measurement equipment; familiarity with multi‑camera systems, line‑scan cameras, and 3D vision is a plus.
6. Possess strong technical team management and talent‑development skills, capable of independently leading a team to deliver projects on time.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and coordination abilities, strong technical documentation writing skills, and resilience under pressure.
Mechanical engineer

Job Requirements:
1. Responsible for the mechanical structural design of semiconductor back-end packaging equipment, primarily pick-and-place machines and die sorters.
2. Prepare assembly drawings, oversee assembly processes, and provide guidance during installation and commissioning.
3. Manage drawings, manuals, and product catalogs in a systematic manner; perform measurements for spare parts, revise drawings, and ensure approval and sign-off.
4. Organize and maintain all documents related to the mechanical design process, including technical documentation and assembly procedures.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in designing non-standard automated equipment for the semiconductor industry, with priority given to those who have worked on die attach machines, die sorters, and advanced packaging equipment.
3. Proficient in SolidWorks; strong grasp of fundamental mechanical principles and solid mechanical design skills.
4. Familiar with the functions and selection criteria of standard components, such as pneumatic cylinders, bearings, electric motors, stepper motors, hydraulic cylinders, etc.
5. Able to independently complete medium-complexity projects involving non-standard automated equipment. Experience with ASM or DATACON equipment, particularly die attach machines, is highly preferred.
Electrical engineer
Undergraduate

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; 3–5 years of experience in industrial automation. Proficient in Codesys platform development and configuration, familiar with IEC 61131‑3 and PLCopen standards, and skilled in using ST, LD, FBD, and other languages for project‑level development.
2. Experience in developing multi‑axis motion control projects; familiar with mainstream motion controllers such as Inovance and Leadshine. Able to independently design control schemes, develop software, perform on‑site commissioning, and optimize performance, suitable for applications involving electric cylinders, robotic arms, custom equipment, and more.
3. Familiar with common industrial communication protocols, proficient in EtherCAT, Modbus TCP/IP, and other mainstream protocols, with expertise in configuring fieldbuses and debugging device communications.
4. Experienced in HMI configuration and screen development, capable of independently designing human‑machine interfaces and implementing interaction logic. Familiar with electrical schematic drawing and design standards, able to collaborate on the implementation of equipment electrical solutions.
5. Able to independently participate in equipment requirements analysis, solution design, and technical documentation; possesses extensive on‑site commissioning experience, quickly identifies and resolves various technical issues during development and debugging, ensuring timely project delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry are preferred;
• Strong skills in market planning and business negotiation;
• Excellent relationship-building abilities, sharp analytical thinking, and persuasive communication skills, coupled with proven expertise in business development;
• High moral standards, a professional work ethic, quick thinking, an outgoing personality, and strong motivation;
• Prior experience in semiconductor equipment sales—experience with pick-and-place machines and die attach machines is a significant advantage—and access to established semiconductor client networks.
