Product Introduction
The DF‑K30 sorter is a high‑precision, reversible linear sorting system, suitable for products ranging from 0.5 mm to 30 mm and capable of 90° or 180° flip‑and‑sort operations. Featuring a single‑actuator, dual‑head design and driven by a linear motor, it delivers precise product positioning, alignment correction, and flip‑and‑sort functionality. The equipment supports seamless switching between conventional sorting and flip‑and‑sort modes and is primarily used in the chip industry for 180° flips, as well as in the optics industry for Lens sorting with 90° flips.
Product positioning
1. Supports flipping at 90°/180° for material handling and sorting.
2. The flip‑over platform allows simultaneous loading to improve efficiency: the UPH3000 flips over, while the UPH2500 does not.
3. Accuracy of ±15 microns; compatible with both large and small materials.
Scope of Application
Primarily used in the back-end packaging processes of semiconductors.
It is commonly found in industries such as memory, military electronics, power modules, optical communications, and sensor modules.
