Senior Mechanical Engineer

1. Independently undertake customer‑specific requirements, lead the mechanical structural design of semiconductor packaging equipment, and deliver engineering drawings and technical documentation that comply with industry standards.

2. Responsible for the selection and verification of core components, including pneumatic devices, servo motors, linear motors, and other transmission system components, as well as their integrated design.

3. Possesses experience in designing advanced packaging equipment, including semiconductor back-end packaging systems, sorters, pick-and-place machines, and eutectic bonding machines.

4. At least five years of work experience; competitive compensation.

Senior Visual Engineer

1. Responsible for analyzing customers’ visual inspection requirements and developing appropriate solutions.

2. Participate in the design, programming, debugging, and module testing of customized machine vision system software.

3. Maintain and upgrade existing software modules.

4. At least 3 years of experience in machine vision system software development, with the ability to independently deliver projects.

5. Proficient in one or more vision libraries, including VisionPro, Halcon, and OpenCV.

6. Develop the program using C# or C++.

7. Utilize motion control libraries such as Leadshine, Googol, and Advantech to complete motion control development.

Sales Manager/Director

1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company’s equipment.

2. Actively explore new markets, identify potential customer segments, and expand the reach of product sales.

3. In accordance with the marketing plan, achieve sales targets and ensure timely collection of related receivables.

4. Manage and maintain customer relationships, as well as long-term strategic cooperation plans among clients.

5. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to promptly gather industry insights and customer needs information.

Project Manager

1. Responsible for overall project schedule management, from the development of the implementation plan through to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion.

2. Coordinate and integrate the project team and resources to complete the installation and commissioning of equipment at the customer’s site, ensure timely delivery for production, oversee the final acceptance process, and resolve on-site issues.

3. Possesses the ability to manage project timelines and identify key risk factors during on-site implementation, as well as the capacity to independently detect and resolve on-site issues.

4. Responsible for implementing the project management plan and reporting on its progress.

5. Responsible for on-site construction management and ensuring compliance with the headquarters’ relevant management standards.

Chief Operating Officer

1. Develop and continuously refine operational management policies, process standards, and the authorization framework to ensure that systems are enforceable, auditable, and traceable.

2. Organize cross-departmental process audits and special inspections to identify operational risks, drive corrective actions, and establish a closed-loop management system.

3. Leverage process mining, data analytics, and other methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce internal waste, and mitigate compliance risks.

4. Collaborate with the Audit, Legal, Quality Systems, and other departments to ensure the company complies with applicable semiconductor industry regulations, customer audit requirements, and capital market compliance standards.

5. Establish an effective internal control training mechanism to strengthen compliance awareness and execution across the entire organization.

After-sales engineer

1. Responsible for the assembly and commissioning of semiconductor-specific equipment (including equipment installation and electrical commissioning).

2. Responsible for the installation of electronic and electrical equipment, with proficiency in circuit board soldering and electrical wiring.

3. Provide customers with professional after-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and the delivery of tailored solutions.

4. Maintain the after-sales service process, ensure compliance with standard procedures, and continuously optimize service quality.

5. Collect customer requirements and feedback, communicate proactively, resolve issues promptly, and provide timely follow-up.

Electrical Engineer

1. Proficient in mainstream PLCs such as Mitsubishi and Siemens.

2. Familiar with and knowledgeable about programming motion control boards.

3. Familiar with servo drives, linear motors, and other actuator types.

4. Able to independently prepare electrical schematics according to specifications and complete project commissioning.

Senior Process Engineer

1. Responsible for the tuning and optimization of process parameters for pick-and-place machines, laser marking machines, or sorting machines (any one), ensuring stable equipment operation and high product‑processing accuracy.

2. Lead the design of equipment and process solutions, resolve process bottlenecks in production, and enhance overall production efficiency.

3. Provide process‑technical support based on customer requirements, participate in equipment acceptance and on‑site issue resolution, and ensure delivery quality.

4. Responsible for the selection and application‑oriented commissioning of vision hardware (cameras, light sources, and lenses), supporting the implementation of process workflows in high‑precision inspection applications.
